Conditions of Tours and Charters

Fares and itineraries are subject to change without notice.

All fares include GST

Child Fares are between ages 3 and 14 years inclusive.

Concessions apply to Seniors/Pensioners, and Student Card holders.

Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.

Cancellation fees apply: More than 24 hours notice prior to departure for full refund. Less than 24 hours notice prior to departure =50% ticket value. Failure to board = no refund.

For tour to operate minimum numbers apply.

Fare includes entry to listed destinations unless indicated as option and own expense. Lunch not included.

Cockle Train (Tour C) can be steam hauled, diesel hauled or rail car. Horse Ride (Tour D) Koala Photo (Tour A, B, D, F) is optional and own expense. Refer itineraries for specific inclusions, options and expenses.

Please specify pick up / set down when booking.

Passengers requested to wait outside hotel 5 minutes prior to pick up time. If traffic restrictions cause delay please continue to wait outside.
